We quantitatively control key quality indicators using spectral analysis, ultrasonic flaw detection, metallographic analysis, hardness testing, mechanical-property testing, coordinate measurement, and surface roughness inspection, resulting in full-process verification from material to finished part.
Performance of twin-screw core components is determined by material structure, heat-treatment quality, machining accuracy, and assembly consistency, in addition to design. A variation at any step can result in anomalous wear, running vibration, seal failure, or a shorter service life. Lesun thus conducts inspection throughout the manufacturing process rather than just at the end, reducing quality variation through process control while boosting consistency and long-term operating stability.
Our manufacturing plant is equipped with spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, metallographic microscopy system, Rockwell hardness tester, universal materials testing machine, impact tester, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), 2D vision measurement system, runout measuring instrument and roughness tester; covering material composition, internal defects, microstructure, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerance, geometric accuracy, and surface quality, and providing data support for product reliability.
